This policy explains what Quick Social collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and password (stored hashed).
- Workspace content: posts, media, schedules and the numbers the networks report for them.
- Channel connections: the access tokens the networks give us when you connect them, stored encrypted.
- Billing details: the name, address and tax ID you give for invoices. Card details go to the payment provider and never reach us.
- Usage and logs: sign-in times, IP addresses and errors, to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To run the service, publish what you ask us to, send account and billing emails, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run Quick Social: the social networks you connect, the payment provider you pay with, hosting and email providers, and AI providers when you use AI features.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, and for the time the law requires for invoices. Delete a workspace or ask us to close your account and we remove its data.
Your rights
