Cancelling
You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from Plan and billing. It will not renew, and it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
- First payment: if the service does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Renewals: renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
- Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of a yearly payment for a full refund.
- Billing mistakes: a double charge or a charge after cancelling is always refunded.
A refund ends the plan it paid for, and a credit note is issued with it.
How to ask
Write to us through the contact page with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
